Twelve States Have Published 2017 Income Tax Forms

Arizona, California, Connecticut, Delaware, Indiana, Kansas, Maryland, Minnesota, Missouri, Ohio, Oklahoma and Wisconsin are the twelve states which have already published their 2017 income tax forms as of December 21, 2017.

Each year printable state income tax forms are published by each state department of taxation in PDF file format. Roughly half of the states will publish their income tax forms in the month of December. The other half will publish in the month of January. Last year ten states delayed the publishing of their personal income tax forms until the third week of January.
